OVERVIEW

To make things as seamless as possible (pun intended - we're looking at you, Vital), we've compiled a list of FAQs, so you can just focus on getting the goods. Check 'em out below.

When does the Black Friday Sale start?

Our Black Friday Sale starts on Sunday 16th November 2025, at 7pm AEST for our Australian region and 4pm GMT for all other regions* (8am PST, 9am MST, 10am CST & 11am EST for North American regions).

*What's even better is you can shop IRL at our retail stores a day early as sale begins as doors open on Saturday 15th November

As for when it ends? We don't have an end date just yet, but we can promise that you'll have to be super quick.

Which items will be discounted during the sale?

Cop up to 50% off everything in the Gymshark Black Friday Sale, both online, and in store.

Leggings for sale? Yep. Men's shorts on sale? Of course. Discounted gymbags?! You betcha...

There's a queue at checkout, shall I refresh the page?

There may be a chance that you experience a queue during checkout. In this instance, please do not refresh the page as this will lose your place in the line.

We know, it's annoying... but please be patient with us and we'll get you through as quickly as possible!

Will there be restocks during the sale?

We won't be restocking items during the sale, so don't wait around if you have your eye on something as once it's gone, it's gone. Remember: It's all in the prep.

Prepare our basket in advance for faster checkout and to avoid missing out! Simply;

  • Log into your account and add your fave fits to your basket

  • Wait for the sale to begin, review your basket, and check out

  • Sit back and relax while we pack and ship your order - This will take a little longer than usual due to high demand, but we'll be in touch via email to let you know when your order's on the way


SHIPPING

Will express shipping be available during the sale?

Yes! Most regions will be able to opt for express shipping when checking out during our sale.

At the time of ordering, the best current delivery options for your region will be displayed at checkout. If for some reason express delivery isn’t an option, unfortunately this means that we're unable to offer the service at this point in time.

How long will shipping take?

When choosing your delivery option at checkout, you'll see your full delivery timeframe from click to delivery.

Once your order ships (this can take a few days as we're super busy), keep your eyes peeled for an email titled “Your Gymshark Order is on its way” containing your tracking link.

  • Use the tracking link for updates directly from the courier.

  • Tracking can take up to 48 hours to activate after you get your shipping email.

  • Deliveries to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses may take longer.

ORDERS

Prep your order for a faster checkout

Don't bother with meal prep, but always bother with Sale prep? We see you! Here's some need-to-knows to get prepped for the sale;

  • Log into your Gymshark Account & built your basket for faster checkout - Just make sure you use the same device to checkout when the sale starts. For example, if you create your basket in the app, use the app to checkout when sale begins

  • Adding an item to your cart, unfortunately, does not reserve the stock for your final checkout (stock sells out fast)

  • If you know you'll be using a discount code at checkout, for example Student Beans, avoid the rush by grabbing your code and have ready to use before the sale starts.

  • Items marked as Final Sale on our US & Canadian stores are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credit, so bear this in mind when choosing your favourite 'fits.

I've made a mistake on my order; can I change it?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we're unable to make any amendments. This includes:

  • Changing the item or size

  • Delivery/billing address

  • Adding/removing items to your order

  • Shipping method

  • Adding discounts or amending the price paid

You may be able to amend your delivery address using the courier self-service options once your order has been dispatched. Keep an eye out for an email titled "Your Gymshark Order is on its way" containing your tracking link to know which courier your order will be delivered by.

I've changed my mind; can I cancel my order?

As much as it saddens us that you might want to cancel your order, you're able to cancel your order within the first 15-minutes by locating the order either in your confirmation email, or in your account section, and hitting the 'Cancel Order' button.

Once 15 minutes has passed the order can't be cancelled, however you can return/exchange the items once delivered.

I've placed multiple orders; can I combine them?

If you have placed multiple online orders, we're unfortunately unable to combine these; each order will be dispatched separately. Keep an eye out for an email from each order titled "Your Gymshark order is on its way" containing your tracking links.

I'm missing some items in my order...

Due to stock availability within our warehouses, your online order may be dispatched in separate shipments, on different days. Don't worry, it's normal!

You'll likely receive an initial email with a tracking link for the first part of your order, then another email a few days later once the rest of your order is shipped, alongside new tracking information for your remaining items.

If an item you've ordered goes out of stock, the item will be refunded, and any remaining items will be dispatched. As always, we'll let you know of any new changes to your order by email. Please note that refunds can between 5-7 business days.

I've placed multiple orders, but only one has arrived!?

Don't worry! Due to behind the scenes operations, we don't always dispatch orders on a first in first out basis, so it may be that you're still waiting for one of your orders.

There's a chance that if you place multiple orders during the Sale, your second order may be dispatched and delivered before your first.

Rest assured, we're working to get your order(s) to you as quickly as we can - just keep an eye on your inbox for your shipment emails!

Can I get a price adjustment on an item i've already purchased?

As an online retailer, our prices will occasionally change depending on demand, stock levels and sales. This does mean that items can change price after you've purchased them.

Unfortunately, we're unable to adjust any prices, or offer a refund or credit for the difference in price for any purchases that may have been made before the beginning of the sale.


PAYMENT METHODS

Which payment methods will be available to use during the sale?

We plan on having all our usual payment methods available during the Sale, however this is subject to change as we may need to remove some to ensure we're able to offer the best experience for everyone.

Want to know what will and won't be on during the initial sale launch? Check the deets below.

  • Afterpay will be available in US, Canada and Australia

  • Klarna will be available is US, UK, Australia, Germany, France, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland

  • iDeal will be available in the Netherlands

  • Credit and Debit cards will be accepted as normal sitewide

DISCOUNTS

How much discount will be available?

Discounts in The Gymshark Black Friday Sale will be up to 50% off everything throughout gymshark.com. Please note that given stock, discounts and inventory will vary across stores.

Can I use my student, apprentice or service discount during the sale?

Absolutely! During the Sale, students, apprentices, and public service personnel can obtain a discount code from our partners which can be used on top of the sale discount!

Students & Apprentices:

🌎 Student Beans & Unidays 🇬🇧 Youth Discount, 🇸🇪 Mecenat, 🇸🇪 Studentkortet, 🇳🇴 Studentkortet, 🇫🇮 Frank Students, 🇦🇺 Student Edge.

Health Services & Military:

🇬🇧 Blue Light Card, 🇬🇧 Defence Service Discount, 🇺🇸 Veterans Advantage

Previously, customers have experienced queues on these websites at the time of launch. To avoid this, and losing out on getting your fave items, get your code earlier in the day so you're ready to go!

Can I use a Gymshark athletes discount code during the sale?

Athlete codes will be available to snag an extra saving on your orders! You can support your favourite Gymshark athlete by heading to their social media channels to grab their Gymshark code to use at checkout.

Our athletes and us, really appreciate your support!

FYI: Only one discount code can be entered at checkout, therefore an athlete code can't be combined with a student code for example.

Our advise is be prepared armed and ready with the code you want to use before the sale starts!


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I return/exchange items from the Gymshark Sale?

You can return any unwanted items purchased in the sale up until 31st January 2026 however, there are some exceptions;

  • Personalised items purchased in store are non-returnable.

  • All Underwear & Swimwear can't be returned for hygiene reasons.

  • All items marked 'Final Sale' on our US & Canadian stores will not be eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges or store credit. These items will be marked 'Final Sale' on the product page and will be clearly visible at checkout. This does not affect your statutory rights.

  • We may not be able to accept online returns in our retail stores due to how busy we get during sale, so please use our online returns method where appropriated.

All returns or exchanges must be registered through our returns portal to ensure the process is as speedy and simple as possible.

*Unfortunately, exchanges are currently not available for customers who purchased via our Norway, Switzerland or Rest Of World stores.

How long will it take to receive an exchange?

Please note, any exchanges will be delivered according to current shipping delays. For more information on when to expect delivery of an exchange processed during our sale, please see the 'Shipping' section of this article.

If you opt for an exchange, stock isn't immediately reserved and it's possible that the item(s) requested are no longer available when processed. If this is the case, you'll be refunded for the item(s) back to your original payment method and we'll send you an email to confirm this.

How long will it take to receive a refund?

Refunds for returns are processed once your return is scanned in at our warehouse. Return times back to our warehouse can vary depending on the courier returning your order and what warehouse it needs to be delivered to. Rest assured, we'll generally process your refund within 7 days of your return reaching our warehouse.

You can keep an eye on your returns tracking to see when your return is delivered back to our warehouse - You'll generally get your refund a few days after once scanned back into the warehouse.

If you reside in the US, you can avoid refund wait times by making your return via one of our Happy Returns Bars for an instant refund!

We understand you might have a few extra questions or experience an issue during the Sale which will result in you needing to send a message to our wonderful Customer Support Team. We're here to help!

To contact us;

  1. Open the chat widget icon in the bottom right hand corner of our FAQ page.

  2. Include as much information about your query in your first message, and reply to any bot questions in full to allow our human agents to handle your query quickly and efficiently.

  3. Take note of your estimated response time so you know when we'll get back to you.

  4. Your query will then be passed to one of our human agents to be resolved ASAP!

Please note, things get super busy for us around this time of year, so if you don't receive an immediate response from us, don't panic - we'll be working round-the-clock to answer your DMs and e-mails pronto.
